Yren
One person’s garbage is another person’s treasure. Being down river of Zenithar, Yren is where the garbage of Zenithar flows, amassed over the ages and eventually growing into the mountain of trash that sits there today. Prosperity comes in many forms and as the garbage in Yren grew, looters arrived to take advantage of it. This is how Yren was built. One piece of garbage and one looter at a time, until finally there were three clans controlling what was once just a dumping ground for the lazy people of Zenithar. Those clans were the Dirt Crawlers, GrSwamp Walkers and Trash Climbers. This is present day Yren. They now collect the “treasure” and sell it to buyers in need of second hand goods. Almost anything can be bought in Yren, clothes, wood and even magic scrolls. If you know what you’re looking for.

Notable places
The Middle Statue –
In southern Yren sits the haunting statue of a giant bird. The man who originally killed the creature was a poor, common man. Many considered his slaying of the animal a thing of luck, but his brethren, the poor saw the event differently. They saw him as a hero and a guardian angel. His death gave them reason to pilgrimage to Yren. It was the trash from Zenithar that allowed them to stay. From that trash they built a town and the statue of the giant bird. An effigy of hope that one day they too would be able to rise above the poverty that suffocated them.
