Polls are missing in this forum! A place to vote anonymous or not, on serious or fun things..
I am sure we have lots of players here who refrain from posting for reasons,
but maybe they would enjoy and welcome another possibility to let us know that they have a "voice" too.
(Myself was one of those players in the past)

I agree. I think there should be polls for all the changes in the game, asking players which we prefer. I can think of many topics suitable for polling: New combat, Health regeneration, avatar appearance, new skills, etc.

This would be the most democratic way to answer some of these questions. Of course, the powers in charge would then have to pay attention to what we really want.

I think that would be a great addition to the forum and to the player community. So that it becomes more clear what the community wants as a whole, instead of a select number of players who actively voice their own opinions.

I agree with the concept of "game by committee". But as it stands you will get the same voices that are already being heard. I feel one of the problems is that there is no direct forum link from in the game. I would like to see a daily poll presented to each player as they enter the web-site, before entering game. Poll material would come from the suggestions presented in the forums. That way all would participate.

We are already working on it.
If you have ten thousand regulations you destroy all respect for the law.

I think what this forum needs even more is a possebility to edit posts after someone posted again in the thread.

This is realy important for writing guides. This game changes realy quick at the moment and without being able to edit we cant keep our guides up to date.

However this could completely destroy a "normal" conversation in a forum.
Maybe special authors, special sections (such as Guides) could have this option though.

If any of you will recall, I posted a series of guides in the previous version called Chy's Pictorial Guides. I encountered the same problem then as being unable to edit once published. I agree that there should be a way, but Twisted Tribe has more important things to do (such as developing this great game) then try to give us a better forum.

Now with the improved map, and a quest tracker that guides you along the way, I personally feel that there is more than enough information given to play the game. Knowing what skills to use on Neseref at lvl-17 is a moot point. After all, there are some things the player needs to figure out...or they are NOT playing the game.

Now you must excuse me. I have to decide if I am going to blow 600 gems on that very stylish wizard's robe. I say...I say folks...that's a joke.

There are many duplicate created topics of the same stuff. Edit through the forums and fix it so it's easier to find the help you need. I can't even find Rose's original forum post talking about requesting help for quests.

Erm... its in General. Pinned to be the very first thread in the forum. Here, if you need the link.

As for the rest... Previously I had combined threads such that OBT topics were kept seperate from threads that concerned issues in the Live Release version. Yes, things got a little cluttered in the weeks after I left, but the new GMs are now all set up to moderate and move things. Just give them a moment to first help the floods of new players Nadirim is getting everyday, and they'll get forums cleaned up and reorganized just as soon as they can.
