Guessing you mean that you can't make a new character in the same email account. And i suspect the problem may be that you did not log off first. Oops, we missed a step!
There is no Log Out button or link on the Game window, but you can link to forum using the blue Menu button at top. Log out the present account at top right of the forum window (the circle sort of icon beside your pic), then go again to the create character area.

The problem is that I created my first character using Bigpoint.com Don't warry

Yes I have got same problem, I created my account with big point, to log in Nadirim I have to connect with big point first, else, if I try to connect directly from Nadirim site I have the beautiful message "wrong password " ^^'

Let me share with you the working process of those attributes:

• Ignore defense: we sum all the "ignore defense" attribute on your gear, and reduce the enemy defense percentage by that percentage (not flat reduction).
  Example: you have 10% armor ignore on you, and the enemy has 30% defense by default. Every attack made by you on the target will face only 27% defense, as we ignore the 10% of the 30 which is 3. The higher the target's defense the more valuable this attribute gets.
• Enhanced damage: It is a similar attribute to any other stat modifier, but it does not say the exact value of the bonus, instead it is added directly to the weapon's minimal and maximal damage. What it means is the weapon with this attribute hits harder than other similar level counterparts without enhanced damage. The bonus varies between 5-10 usually depending on the quality and type of the weapon.
• Enhanced defense: This one is something like the above mentioned enhanced damage but works on armor pieces instead of weapons. Basically it provides around double defense points on an item compared to the same level items (rarity and slot matched).

Ah, i c ... Looks like it's their way to ensure players starting from there will keep logging in from their site. The real password for your 1st char of nadirim is probably randomly generated and kept in secret by Bigpoint (it won't be your Bigpoint log in password).

If you wish to completely break your 1st char away from Bigpoint, it may or may not be possible, depends on the agreement between Bigpoint and Nadirim. To procede further, this require you to contact Nadirim's help desk in private.

So, remember to start your 2nd char and up from nadirim's own site. But, if you wish to keep playing your 1st as is, I don't see why not either.

i wonder does Bigpoint also prohibit naming characters normally? i see all those "Bigpoint User #########" around. How can we reasonably chat or friend these folks? i mean, they all look the same, and one misread digit or typo means the wrong person is added or PMd. Really should be some other arrangement with Bigpoint. i certainly wouldn't play that character after seeing peeps with normal names all around me!

Well, the two above don't seem to have a problem creating their name. Most likely what you saw was a person who actually chose that nick, or skipped the naming process and was given a default name. My gut sez the first.

Fortunately the name over my head is Artenix and not Bigpoint

i have met a player called bigpoint user (numbers).probably him you met.

there are a number of players whose names are "Bigpoint user #####" and that is only because they skipped the naming process. I have logged in and created accounts using both Friendster and Bigpoint, and you can individually name them.

As for breaking away from having to sign into the game through either of these sites.... this issue has come up before and I'm fairly certain there was not a way to do it. Definitely worth a quick email to Support to see Xib can manually reset your password from his side, but I wouldn't get your hopes up. After all, these sites generate more business from the more users they have, and they wouldn't have much business if everyone could bypass their site.

Oh jeah i have question... about all the nice colourish typing guys..
Well im not in wahid server so i dont no how it works there but in ithan i rarely seen any of them... Let's say for a 1 and a half hour after a big patch... (ooh when was the last "big patch"...?)
There was relatively lot forum post in the last 2 week's in the hungarian /MAGYAR/ topic...(lot of silly ones but at least we want some answers.. or some sort of reply..)
So my question how can i reach them, how they can help us (knowing that they do not raply's our post's and we cant see them in chat) when they will response and in what form?... can we sand private massages or they will be ignored as well..?
