It was not intended as an insult...only pointing out that when I do monitor the chat, its usually the same people I see using it. In my mind that fits the definition of a cliche. Yes, I used to monitor the chat in an effort to help all that needed it but I found myself becoming less and less motivated to do so, for various reasons. So I went back to just testing the game. I am a much happier person for doing that.

In my original post, I used the word Clique...not cliche. I have always been confused by the spellings. Google's definition of clique fit the intent I had when I originally used it. Sorry for the confusion...my old english teacher would be ruler-rappin' my knuckles for sure over this one.

"I do think that using the amount of complaints posted in forums as basis in determining whether to take corrective action on any aspect of gameplay may not be the best policy."
I don't think i said that the basis behind our decisions is strictly comes from the forum posts or what we see on the chat in-game. The fact is, if we want feedback beside the different graphs and statistics what our metric-system provides us, we can only rely on what our players communicate toward us, at least to the point our "Global mind-reading" skill gets to a certain level.
If you think we listen too much to the community, i'd like you to dicuss it with them first, and please let me know how that played out eventually.

I think you missed the point I was trying to make. I was saying that there are certain players who only will use a specific means to voice there opinions.
I do think your closing remark is way out of line. If you will check the forum archives, you will find that I have discussed many issues, and plan on doing so in the future.

Some addition to the patch:
- All Zenitharian side quests used to be unlocked when you entered Zenithar.
It's needed to add more green quests to Zenithar. There are very few quests after lvl 21, which makes the players to solve red quests to advance, which is very repetitive and boring after a few days.
- Zenithar zone travel reorganized
Please add a caravan point near to Zenithar South Trader - practically the starting point of Zenithar - too.
Appearance of Junayd in Zenithar diffes from it's battle appearance.
Passability errors need to fix around the As'Arrath vineyard also!

There is something different after the patch. I don't know it's just my feeling or really changed.
When i walk pass by a mob with its red circle(not stars) on the foot blinking, the map is just loading. The battle begins after map-loading today(after the patch), but in my mind the battle will not happen before this patch.
This thing happens several times today.

I don't know if we are talking about the same thing, but after the patch I was in Xora's Cave. To get out of there I had to flee 6 fights 2 times because I just couldn't get even CLOSE to red mobs anymore when before I could even pass them. That was a mere 60 Energy for trying to get out of a dungeon without using any scroll or dying.
Is this a new addition? Is this just me lagging (Because even with lags, before I could get past them without getting ambushed...)? If it's new to the patch it'd be important to mention I think.

Before the patch, i sometimes found that the Loadings made me vulnerable to aggro attacks. Now after, it's far more frequent! Not sure whether i'm hit because the Loading has made me stop or whether the attack has caused a blip that initiates the Loading.

Following the patch yesterday my level 25 sage's Xanarim Royal Turban doesn't show up on my avatar in game although it is showing on the Character Page. My off hand seemed to have been swapped with one of a much lower level, though I had not lost from my inventory any items as far as I am aware.
The head gear is also now not showing on all of my other characters though, surprisingly, earlier today my rogue was wearing her mask still. Is this a bug or has it been decided that head wear is not now going to show in game as some have requested?
Is there any reason why the new outfits are not available from the Djinn of Wonders in game? I am more likely to purchase from there after I see them on my own character.

The 4 "scientific readings" quest items from the quest "What lies beneath" are still not useable, nothing happens if i click at them.
Dropping the quest or refreshing the brower doesnt help, tried both alot.

Oh goody. Means i won't be a hideous baldy any more.
Gawdz how i hated seeing that! Thought you guys had stolen my pretty hair and given me a shaved head.

wrong!
still bald. this is horrible!
i can't stand looking at this monster! give me my hair back!
Instead of my powerful all-gemmed Warrior Babe you give me this sickly looking pitiful chrome dome!
i don't wanna be a chemo-patient, cancer survivor, crawling about gasping my last sickly breath!
Where's my hair, that i see in the avatar above: in this forum only? How cn i get it back in the game too?

I am very sorry to say this, but I don't find this at all humorous. And I am sure that any of our players who are cancer survivors, or may be dealing with the challenge of cancer, and the resulting chemotherapy or surgery---also will not find this funny in the least, and may be quite offended by it.
I do not believe that you intended to offend anyone with this post, but it is in extremely bad taste. I understand your complaint and agree with it, but would never compare something so trivial, to something as serious as cancer.

sry. didn't mean to offend.
and i wasn't being funny.
i have always associated "bald" with "near to death" and to see this is nauseating. i can barely stand to play. my chat now reside in upper left corner to hide at least the avatar pic, but there's still the mini in the middle that i cannot hide, and in battle it's just puke-ville.
i did not choose a bald hair pattern and resent losing what i chose. oddly, the link picture to my character has hair: only in the game is ama shaved-top. why?

Hope you guys fix it soon.
