As long as it doesn't become as bad as some other games (Whoever guesses it gets a free Butterfly of color of choice ) , where you cannot advance physically beyond the starting region if you dont pay for it, I'm totally fine with it.

everything permanent costs 15 or 20 gems except the only thing that completely changes gameplay: the skill slots

why cant all skill slots cost 20 gems or b buyable with 10 skill points ?

I don't like the idea of adding things like quests and instances to the premium list.

I agree with you!!!

Skill upgrade is all 20 gem for every skill
and skill slots are more expenxive and expenxive int the way like you keep buy ing it Beacuse skill's are the most valuable thing's you can buy for gems ! see it below) it could be more unified ( 20 gem and 2 skill point for alright to upgrade and 20 gem for i skillshoot could be acceptable...) so everybody can be roughly in the same level with skill.. as i mentioned i lake some difference beetween f2p and p2p gamers but not at the expense of f2p players-...
Thats why i happy for the new patch thank you again....

It's fine to add premium content but I too believe that instances and quests should be kept free. I wouldnt mind seeing new content in the item shop but to me this is just silly. The other things included in the patch is most welcome.

My thought about the new content is this.... if someone has the 20 or 24 gems available to unlock this paid content, then wont they already have gear that far outshines any epics that they could win from these quests? Seems to me that the gems would be far better spent upgrading skills, increasing skill slots or buying gem-grade equipment rather than buying into this newest step towards making Nadirim pay-to-play.

Are you saying that this game is a only their "side job" ? That explains a lot if it's true lol.

No need to buy yet atm. I still have over 1k gems in the coffer, from the good ol days and still pretty much entertained. Plus, it's the trust issue thing that I lost during a few previous patches, mainly when they take away moving after using skill.

If they continue the streak of good patches (at least no drama patch, doesn't have to be good patch ), and once i view this game is no longer in "pseudo-live" / "quasi-beta" state, then I'll gladly become a financial supporter again.

+1. Less complaining freeloaders is good . But, seriously, you'll earn yourself cookie points and hopefully they'll remember this when they become more financially capable and return the favor in kind .

I also finished the premium contents. My exp.

Faunar Ruins:

There are 6 ruins, around the world. You can find them on the map if you follow their green quest flag. They offer 2 quest. First is to bring the key to pass the ruin in. You can buy the keys for 4 Gems at almost every vendor. You can buy all keys at once. The second quest is the puzzle. There are animal status inside the ruins and you will get questions regarding the relataions betwwen the animals. Easy to do. Each ruin will give you XP according to its location an item and a card. If you have all the 6 cards, you can exchange them to an item in the Ennahar Harbour.

Well. Each puzzle can be solved 1 or 2 minutes. The most time required to fulfill the 6 ruin is to walk to reach them. I got a Helmet az a final item, which is weaker than then one which was dropped by the Storm Riders.

  • XP gained: around 10k
  • Time required: 20 minutes (including the walk to the six ruins)
  • Accessibility: Easy, however they are not indicated in the Quest process page
  • Items gained: Unique, but useless equipment (related to the gemmed and epic ones, I have)
  • Gem cost: 24
  • Summary: Very bad. For about 20 minutes of activity, you pay 24 Gems and your reward will be about 10k XP and some useles items, what you will sell. It can be useful for low level players, because the ruins dont need fighting, so solving them will give them nice amount of XP and probably some items, what they can use at their low level. Otherwise, you wont lose anything if you miss this thing. Sad.
  • Feeling: I wasted my Gems.

Spirit Rift

There is a Rift at Silent Fields. To pass the field also requires a key. You can buy it by the vendor near the Rift. Inside the Rift, you will find 3 NPC providing quests. After you solved them, you will get some more and after killing the final boss you will be teleported back to the entry point at Silent Fields.
The surface of the rift is dreary, rocky and grey, it provides low visual experience. You can find there various mobs, which are challanging enough to hund down.
I have a lvl 26 Sage with premium equipment, and I was able to kill the mobs and two boss alone (I got help in case of the final one). The instance is for lvl 14-17 and in this level it can be really challanging and needs groups to solve the quests and kill the mobs there.

  • XP gained: Not relevant, because you can hunt mobs there freely
  • Time required: about 1 hour with my character, it can be more at the offered 14-17 lvls
  • Accessiblity: Easy, you can find the Rift at the Quest progress page also
  • Items gained: XP booster, Premium companions, some new cloth piece, other stuff
  • Gem cost: 20
  • Summary: I could compare this Instance to the Sunthief Gorge. It provides the same variety of mobs, and lenght of gameplay, however it has much lower visuals. You can get some items here from the quests, which are usually for gems. It can be fun to play at the advised level range, but you can try it at higher levels also.
  • Feeling: I expected more, but its okey.

I think, a premium content should provide higher quality game experience and items, what you can reach by usual gameplay. This is not fulfilled with this two.

Yeah I can agree but the grafical vision was very impressive for me int the new insta. I like it very much, it is like a screen form a Lovecraftian dreamland story. ( i like foggy sceen's, escpecially in night with snowing)....
The new quest was very disapointig it could had been more challenging with some valuable treasure in the end (like buff, townportal scrolls potions companions etc...)
I really liked the xp buff and the companions as quest prize...

A general observation.

If we are to spend 20 and 24 Gems for quests, the payoff should be Gem quality items.

Boosters and Gem quality Companions are decent rewards. Obviously, the Gem quests are designed to generate the purchase of Gems (Gems purchases pay TT's real life expenses), so giving Gem rewards totaling more that the cost of admission would defeat the purpose. I feel a 20 Gem quest should get a Gem item reward of at least 10 Gems (preferably a 15 Gem item) and a I feel a 24 Gem quest should get a Gem item reward of at least 12 Gems (preferably a 18 Gem item) .

Just my thoughts

Well now for the price of the insta (20) we get a booster (7) and to companion(2-2) (summ 11) it is acceptable so if they keep that balance it would be alright....

I agree.

You could get more for your Gems in the Market, but the difference is the price of admission to the Instance.

And as you say Athanatosz

Well now for the price of the insta (20) we get a booster (7) and to companion(2-2) (summ 11) it is acceptable so if they keep that balance it would be alright....

Which I agree with.

Now to work on the 24 Gem Instance.

"Now to work on the 24 Gem Instance"

I didn't mean I was going to do the Instance, I meant the Developers need to work on it so we get a worthwhile reward at the end.

The Spirit Rift is my favourite instance so far, I like this "graphical vision" too and enjoyed the mob combat and boss fights with my high level characters and will be happy to pop back in there now it is unlocked. I'm yet to try it with those characters at the level the instance is designed for but know it will be a very nice challenge for them.

The Faunar Ruins, in my opinion, are best done as you progress through the game and the levels, rather than all in one go. I agree there should be a better reward from each ruin puzzle and I would like to see more of a challenge inside them, especially for the high level ruins - but there is potential here with, hopefully, only a little tweaking!

The balance changes for Warrior and Rogue - thank you.

I am enjoying the Spirit Rift, and do think it is good value for the cost of 20 gems. With the recent half-price sale, I figure this works out to less than $1.00. So far, I have done it with my two highest level characters, and the fights are challenging and interesting. The XP and rewards are very nice--especially the XP booster, gem quality companions, nice white pants and pretty green cape! I sometimes pop in there with my level 30 sage, just to fight a few mobs, now that she has completed the quests.

However, I was very surprised to see how high the energy requirements are to pick up the quests. Surely, since we have already spent gems, the energy requirements should be either lessened or waived completely.

It is fun and I highly recommend it to other players!

Fake Nobility quest in Sunthief Gorge: It is still next to impossible to complete. After wasting over an hour wandering around, I still could not find the Sunthief Hired Wizard, the last mob I needed to complete the quest--it should have respawned many times over in this time. I consider this instance to be a complete waste of both energy and time, and I suggest something be done so that players can complete this quest in a timely manner, with less frustration.
