Above is a screenshot showing two of my worries.
- Prime:
Night before last, I realized that I was missing my four Gems of 12 in total. And searching my inventory, I discovered that I had an access key to the Ruins of Faunar outside, I finished the quest that there are more than 2 to 3 weeks. So having that object in my inventory is inconceivable to me and more, buy it when I've finished the quest is pretty weird too.
So I want to know if it was possible to make this object against my gems? If so, this will resolve my second issue. If not, then I go to my second concern, stating that if the possibility of any reimbursement is impossible, I would like you not. ^ ^
- The Second:
Despite the first problem without the possibility of solutions, I'll say it wise to sell the access key to the Ruins of Faunar to a seller, not against but against Gems Dinars. This would have been able to afford to get something. Out, to my surprise and my multiple tests, each attempting to sell, the server sent me the following message: "Connection failed".
This reminded me of the Home Page to reconnect me, always with the object in question and still unable to sell it without being disconnected.
Finally, if a GM could help me to find a solution to this problem.
Ps: Sorry if I waited two days before reporting the problem, I tried to solve it alone and wait for any system reset, but to no avail, so I do this report now.

Ryneb-- you should be all sorted out
Melisandre-- due to a small glitch and some circumstances beyond our control, that screen was visible for some people despite not being accurate. Sorry for teasing you like that, but sadly no, there is no 50% gem sale today. But I will put in a good word to Anwar's banker to see if we can get one for you soon to make up for it.

But though my gems are back, what to do with the access key to the Ruins of Faunar? You resume or should I sell it (if it still works)?
Since I have never bought this item, I think the system should resume.
