if the mob has high def, maybe better like below
borrowed power
path of shadows
lethal trust
cold blood, devastate
But all above, include REMASTER's combo, they need long turn to cool down....

So, shadowpath and shadowstrike are for waiting cool down, not for attacking

while Path of Shadows is very nice for a high speed or high damage rogue, for a crit focused rogue or one who doesn't have a huge damage rating yet, the damage increase isn't as large, so against tougher targets or in group fights I'd opt for the additional defence reduction (and damagae reduction) of Tricky Bomb in this order:
Evasive Stance, Borrowed Power
Tricky Bomb
Lethal Thrust
Cold Blood, Devistate
and I would only add in Path of Shadows if I got an extra turn after the bomb or thrust.
Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

Rogue combo:
evasive stance+borrowed power(more crit steal path)
lethal thrust (the path which gives more speed; more speed=bigger damage bonus from path of shadows)+pure moon assault if you get an extra turn
blazing stone+arms of shadows
cold blood+devastate

When i get lv30, i almost change all my skill tree.
Since team battle is usual, i pay more attention on teamwork skill. So....
Borrowed Power - lower def (-60% def)
Bomb - lower def and higer spd (-10% def)
Disarm - lower def (affected by spd) (-38% def)
(now, the mob has 0.0 def)
Lethal trust - vul (affected by spd)
cold blood + Devastate - more vul
(now the mob is much vul)
Warrior, begin to chop

we've heard from a warrior and a bunch of rogues, but.... Im notoriously bad at playing sage so I would love to hear some sage combos for solo fighting. Specifically, if you have tips for getting through the 4th fightpit in Dahab!!

(Without companion) Wear magic heavy gears, hug corner first couple of turns, fever-bless, then ward-fear, ritual (-summon lil buggers if granted extra, or do it next turn), then the rest play by ears. With luck, you'll receive just one crit hit out of the first 6 hits from them, or even none. Two crits or more maybe survivable with boosters or with companion.

I'm actually more interested in combat stat
spading project than combos (like the example RE gave), since (hard) battles are fluid,
reactive battles even more so *points to the slowpoke class: sage*, as shown above, basic combos can be
expanded,
exceptions during battles are made, (some) order
shuffled, not to mention the status of skill
upgrades of each chars. If we throw in
synergy between classes, that's even more complex (aka just how I like it

). But, I think this thread is good. It may bring awareness to those who are previously unaware.
So, to continue one of 'em spading where RE left off:

That's just one example. There are many that I like know / see listed here.
