Recently, i usually find that i lose connection. I dont know why, so i want to figure out how the game connection works behind the screen.
There are 2 situations about connection lost below.
(1). I'm in battle with other ppl and some many mob. Since there are other ppl and many mob, it takes a little long time before my turn. I just look at my screen and do nothing(no chat, no click, but i can see other's chat). Suddenly, the sign comes out "Connection Closed". At this moment, i find i can open and connect any other website with my Chrome. And i can back to game soon without long-time loading. If the network is bad, why i can back to game quickly?
(2). I'm in battle with other ppl and some many mob. It is the last player's action before my turn. In my screen, the circle is still in the player's feet, but in other ppl's screen, the circle is in my feet. All other players are waiting for my action but in my screen it's not my turn. At this moment, no counting-down timer showes. And i can chat with others, i can click to go to the gem shop, i can see my friedns list. But i cannot do anything in battle. If i donnot quit(F5 or close my Chrome), the battle cannot go on. If i quit, the battle can go on to finish normally. But i cannot back to the battle. Also, i can back to game soon without long-time loading.
Since i cannot rejoin a battle, connection lost is just wasting of time. i can get nothing but angry, especially when i'm close to win the BIG battle. I'm very very angry at that moment.
So, i donnot know how the game sever find me lose connection or online. Can some DEV tell me what i can do to prevent to lose my connection. In some other webgame, there is a little tool to show the response time from your pc to game sever. I think it is useful. If the response time is bigger, like 5 sec or more, i can wait the network to be better or do something to make the network better before i wasting time in battle.
I think the situation (2) is just a bug. Maybe it can be fixed soon.
