I'd like to see a few options made regarding player's char available through the use of gems:

• Sex change
  Yes, it's centuries in the future away for medical possibility. But, hey, we have djinns, right? (No, I'm sticking with current ones, being a male pervert that I am )
• Name change
  Also, gonna stick with mine. Just that I'm sure many others will want this, just like the previous point.
• HoF "Hide Me" option
  Well, this one is personal, tbh. I've asked all my 3 chars to be hidden from view. Strangely enough, only one's been hidden. So I know you've read my mail. What's up? . Maybe, if Devs make this an automated gem option, I wouldn't have to pester the help-desk. (BTW, your 72 hrs obligation to respond is almost up, help-desk-person. So, expect more mail from me soon ) This option may not be as popular as the previous ones, I think. But, who knows...
• Custom Avatar
  I noticed (albeit not functioning properly atm) a mini pop-up on a char, with names, picture, class, and level, when I mouse-over a char I see on map. I wouldn't mind using gems to upload my own avatar. Such custom avatar can be used not only in the small pop-up window described previously, but for forum avatar as well.

I would also like to see the option of purchasing different hair styles and/or hair colors with gems--so we can change our hair whenever we feel like it. The hair styles could stay in our inventory, like the outfits do, and we can match them with our outfits, whenever we want a change.

Yes; I also think these features would be useful.
Althought the name change maybe woudn't be so easy because you have to use
the character name when you log in to the game as well; but I support these ideas absolutely if they're solvable.

There might also be an issue where name change affects Friends List. Do we want the names to automatically change in other peeps lists?
Pro: other players would not be required to manually delete an old name and add the new one. Not a huge thing, but maybe tedious.
Con: if player chose to change name in order to avoid someone who has become a pest, in order to restore a bit of anonymity, then he/she would prefer that the new epithet does not appear in other peeps lists.
Which would be the preferred?

Also, would name be changed in Forum as well as in game?

These're good questions,but honestly I think absolutely unneccesary to care with these problem
because I'm sure these "name change" feature won't be possible. (or at least it's 99% );
not even by gems . Exactly about these many problems which would come from this option.

Not a programmer expect here. But, it should be easier offering these in the char setting HTML page, instead of inside the Flash game. Either case, they're accessing the same database. I don't see the big deal. If they want to make it, they can do it. The only question is motivation.

Like irl, changing name/identity, or avoiding a stalker is time consuming, more than tedious. That's the consequence of that action. So, be aware of that when you think about changing nick. Proceed at your own discretion, mindful of what such change entails.

You made a good point. Perhaps a tick-box option to NOT purge yourself from others' friends list (auto update name) can be made. This way, you can decide if you want to go Jason Bourne or not yourself when you update to a new nick.

Forum name obviously changes as well. As does your login. Technically speaking, it's all about changing the name field on your database. So, everything else like gems, items, stats, email, etc. won't change.

Of course . How can I forgot the gem salon? Many games charge players to change their looks in-game as one of the premium features. Good reminder.

Technically probably it's possible of course, but from the aspect of gameplay would be pretty problematic
(just like as mentioned these forum/friendlist etc. part). Otherwise I hardly think that it would be a priority in this moment
Or at least it's farly not the biggest problem of the game now and I think not really so many players're missing these "feature".
But independently from this; I also think this would be a good idea,just there're many much more important things.

Of course. I'm ever so mindful of that so called "priority pile". That's why I planned to fly to Budapest, locate Twisted Tribe's HQ, do a lil stakeout, perform a bit B & E at the project manager's office, and shuffle that Anwar-darned pile to my liking .

Agreed 100%, well maybe 99% coz the 4th suggestion isnt important at all imo but it wont hurt, so why not..

Anyway, above all, Id like to add an "ignore player" option. That would simly just filter out the chosen player/s from ur chat..

Surely, you're not asking to make the ignore list a premium feature? . But, yeah, we need it. If I'm not mistaken, that's in the works already.

Well I do! I think some kind of "pimp ur chat package" should be available for ~50 gems or so. That would include an ignore option, add color to your name and maybe 1-2 more feauters. Im thinking that making it a premium feautre would speed the devs up and give us this option today and not tomorrow.

Pimped out chat should be exactly #584 on Dev's todo list, SO much more this game need than more flashy stuff, a simple ignore player feature would be awesome tho!

disagree kubo. a preponderance of trolls with no recourse to block them will make intolerant squares like ama leave the game. other games have blocklist in friendslist option from day one. and lack of it here has more than once forced me to close browser in a fury.

There is a "market" for this ignore option and I believe you should get privileges if you pay for them. This thing is easy to fix and I can imagine that it takes ~1hour to fix. It's vital to make those small changes first and then look at the bigger and more complicated ones that probably need weeks/months to implement. Else you will have to wait several weeks/months+1hr and I rather wait 1hr+several weeks/months if you know what I mean.

Also Im thinking that maybe sometime in the future *cough cough* when we will get clans/guilds/alliances that our namecolor in chat could be the clans colors.

Well, this is a different topic, I think. But, since it's related to gem perks, we can discuss it a bit.

Instead of color representing guild affiliation, I prefer symbol or guild crest instead, beside our names. However, our current chatbox is not the most advanced atm. We don't even have animated smilies there. So, this one is a lil far in the future.

Heck I'd just like to see another event to get more gems, like the one where we killed the bugs that dropped some gems. Just to upgrade skills, add skill slot and maybe get some gem equipment, much less prettying myself up.
